TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST
1. Our company E. Kyriakides Lighting LTD (hereinafter the ‘Organiser’) is running a competition for a Bilboquet (Sage) table lamp from Flos (hereinafter the ‘Competition’).”
2. The contest will draw 1 winner from Instagram.
3. The Competition is open to individuals who are permanent residents of Cyprus.
4. The duration of the Competition is defined as the period from 02/12/2025 to 16/12/2025. The Organiser may, by making an announcement on its website, change the duration of the Competition.
5. Participation terms: To participate in the Competition, you must Like the competition photo and Tag 1 person in the comments. More than one comment is allowed, and each will count as a separate entry.
6. Valid entry is considered any participation in the Competition that follows the instructions set out in the terms and is submitted within the competition period.
7. Competition prize: One winner will receive a Bilboquet (Sage) table amp from Flos.
8. The winner will be selected through a draw that will take place after the end of the Competition at the Organiser’s offices and will be announced on Wednesday 17/12/2025.
9. Disqualification of Participants. The following individuals are excluded from the Competition:
a) employees of the Organiser’s company;
b) first-degree relatives of the above employees, as well as their spouses;
c) individuals who use a pseudonym on the social media platform, making itimpossible to verify their identity.
10. The winner’s name will be announced via an Instagram Story posted on the Organiser’s account.
11. After the draw, E. Kyriakides Lighting LTD will contact the winner to arrange the collection of the prize from our showroom “The Light Point” at Engomi – Nicosia.
12. Delivery of the prize will take place upon presentation of the winner’s identification card.
13. The competition prize cannot be returned or exchanged for anything else.
14. The prize may be transferred by the winner to a third party. In such a case, redemption may be completed upon communication with the winner to confirm the transfer of the prize.
15. This competition is not associated with Facebook, and Facebook has no involvement with the prizes or the draw. The sole entity responsible for this competition is E. Kyriakides Lighting LTD.
